Photography is conducted within the context of public sporting events and legitimate artistic/editorial activity.

Images purchased under personal licenses may not be supplied to sponsors, brands, agencies, clubs, or commercial partners without obtaining an additional commercial usage license.

No image published on this website may be scraped, downloaded, reproduced, or used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets, or automated content generation without explicit written permission.

Reasonable removal requests concerning specific images will be reviewed individually.

pitski is not responsible for unauthorized third-party use of images once published online.

Granting accreditation or access to the venue constitutes acceptance of these terms.
